HOW TO SIGN UP TO DONATE:
Scan the QR Code below to make an appointment at our next blood drive. Once the site opens, type SHS into the Search bar and then scroll down and select the Smithfield High School drive and choose your appointment time. If this is your first time scheduling, you will need to create an account.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR 16 YEAR OLDS:
If you are still 16 on the day of the drive you will need a parental consent form. Here is a link to the parental consent form link: Parental Consent Form. Print the form, fill it out and either bring it your appointment or drop it off in the consent form box in the main office prior to the day of the drive.

If you donate three or more times at SHS during your HS career, you will receive a red cord for graduation! There are also many incentives to give at each drive such as coupons to local restaurants, Amazon gift cards via email, and snacks. Each time you give, you are potentially saving up to three lives. You can track your donations using the Red Cross app. Once you donate, the app will let you know if your blood contains COVID antibodies. Giving blood is a win-win for all involved, especially the ones who ultimately receive your donation!
