"Our experience with Show Me Gymnastics has been incredible. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also truly care about each athlete’s growth, both in skill and confidence. They create a positive, encouraging environment where kids are challenged to reach their potential while having so much fun. We’ve seen amazing improvement in strength, technique, and self-esteem. I would absolutely recommend SMG to any family looking for a gymnastics program that values hard work, dedication, and a strong sense of community. It’s more than just gymnastics — it’s a place where kids learn life skills that will stay with them forever!"

"SMG takes a different approach to gymnastics than other gyms. They are constantly pushing the girls out of their comfort zones to learn new skills. The coaches at SMG are all very engaged and actively coaching not only the girls in their group but with all the girls in the gym. At SMG clear expectations are set and held."

"At SMG, my daughters are receiving proper gymnastics training, which is exactly what we were looking for. The coaches focus on enhancing their skills and provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement. I also appreciate that safety is a top priority for both the coaches and the owner. They ensure that my daughters are comfortable with the skills they are learning before attempting them. As my daughters progress from the foundational levels, they are guided through each stage necessary for advancement. If you want your child to learn and grow in gymnastics, I highly recommend SMG."

"My daughter was held accountable at the coach’s high expectations of her. There was enough tough coaching to remove excuses from her, and she felt that the coaches believed in her ability to do more. In addition, they gave her lots of praise when she put in good effort."

"SMG has truly changed our daughter’s life in ways we never expected. She used to be so timid, especially on the balance beam, second-guessing every move she made. But thanks to the patience, encouragement, and incredible coaching at SMG, we watched her transform. I’ll never forget the moment at her first meet — she stepped onto the beam with confidence, performed her routine beautifully, and earned her highest score. The pride on her face said it all. SMG didn’t just teach her gymnastics skills — they gave her the confidence to believe in herself, and that confidence has carried over into everything she does."
"SMG prioritizes the progress of their gymnasts rather than their own gym pride of winning first place. This ultimately leads to the gymnasts placing very well in the long run, but progressing much faster."
"We’ve experienced other gyms before coming to SMG, and what truly sets SMG apart is the genuine focus on each individual child’s growth — both as an athlete and as a person. The coaches take the time to know the kids personally, building trust and confidence at every level. There’s a strong balance between pushing for excellence and creating a supportive, encouraging environment. At SMG, we immediately felt part of a family that celebrates every achievement. The attention to detail, positive atmosphere, and true investment in the kids make all the difference"
"There is little to no wasted time during practice-instead of other gyms who have the athletes stand in a line and wait their turn behind twelve others, wasting half of practice, they give them stations to run drills which keeps them working hard to perfect their skills."
"[My Daughter] has grown and improved so much since joining SMG. The coaches challenge her on a regular basis and push her to reach her potential. They do not allow her to settle for anything less than her best in the gym which carries over into the rest of her life. She struggled learning the full turn on high beam and clearing the hurdle mat on vault. There were definitely some tears but she kept working. She's learned that it's ok to fail sometimes, but if you take corrections and keep working, you will eventually get it and can be proud of yourself when you do."
