Kathy Sanford opened Show-Me Gymnastics in 1997 to offer training for higher-level gymnastics in CoMo.
For over 25 years, Show-Me Gymnastics has been providing quality gymnastics instruction to mid-Missouri. From our instructional classes to our competitive teams, come see what our programs offer.
Though the space has grown four times in size since opening in '97, the mission has stayed the same.
Our Mission:
Comprehensive gymnastics instruction that provides children with a safe, positive environment in which to learn, grow, discover and experience the joys and frustrations, successes and failures associated with sport and life.
