Which class is right for my child?

Preschool classes are for ages 3-5. Intermediate classes are for ages 6+. Advanced is by qualification only.

When will my child move up?

Your child will move classes once they reach the age threshold for that class, or their coach thinks they are ready to move up to advanced

Can I make up a class if I miss?

Yes! We allow one make up per month. This must be requested & approved through the iclasspro parent portal. There must be space available in the class in order for us to maintain coach to athlete ratios

How long is a session?

We run our program continuously month to month rather than in sessions. Typically we change class times in the summer but run the same schedule all Fall.

I need to switch days/times, how do I do that?

In order to switch to a new class - you will request to "transfer enrollment" through the iclasspro parent portal. Go to My Account - Enrollments - Transfer enrollments. We need to take a break, what should we do?

Totally ok. You will request to "drop enrollment" through the iclasspro parent portal. Go to My Account - Enrollments - Drop enrollment. This must be done at least 1 week prior to the start of the next month. For a more detailed breakdown, check out this link: How to Submit a Drop Request

What do I do if there is a waitlist for the class I want?

Classes allow you to sign up for the waitlist! You will be notified once a spot opens up.
