Send push notifications

Tap the tool button.
Tap the "Send Notification" icon button.
Enter the message you want to display in the notification.
Select the users you want to send the notification to.
Tap the "Send Notification" button.
A notification will be displayed on the selected user's device.
Note: If the recipient has notifications for this app turned off, the notification banner will not appear.
Tapping the notification banner will open the page for the respective note.
