User cannot be found even when searching

If you cannot find the relevant user by searching with the friend code on the user search page, the following could be the case:

• There is a typo in the friend code.

• The user you are searching for has set their profile to be unsearchable by other users.

For Case 1:

• Please check for any typos.

For Case 2:

• Confirm that the friend code is displayed on the account settings screen of the user you are searching for. Without the code displayed, other users cannot search for you.
