Fractures x Faded.pdfThis is a mashup of Fractures by Illenium and Faded by Alan Walker. I saw a few mashups of these two songs, but none on the piano, so I decided to give it a try.
This is my first attempt at a mashup piano arrangement.
April.pdfThis one is called April. It's one the first songs that I've ever written out.
Azusa.pdfThis one is called Azusa. It's an, to quote Jony Ive, "unapologetically" simple piece; I was playing around with the (perhaps hackneyed) vi-VI-I-V chord progression in G/Em, and then later transcribed it to A/F#m, because I thought it sounded more bittersweet. I also threw in a couple of major 7th chords for good measure.
Azusa is the Japanese name for catalpa, a type of tree.
