Griffy joined us after he tried to fight a werewolf and ended up with a nasty gash in his shoulder, rendering him unable to use that wing to fly. His injury aside, he can be very playful, as playful as a griffin can be, though he gets frustrated easily anytime he gets over excited and tries to fly, but cant. After this, he tends to spend the rest of the day sulking. 

If you see a fox anywhere near his home, try to shoo it away. They taunt each other for some reason.

Scylla was injured before birth, while still being in his egg. That injury caused him to be unable to swim at the depth of other Hippocampi which puts him at risk of hunters and poachers and to be seen by Muggles. In the reserve he can savely enjoy the waters without worrying about either. 

We first got him when attempted to protect him from poaching, but the longer he is here with us we're learning that there may have been some neglect. The more he warms up to us the more he is letting us see, so time will tell on how much we get to find. Otherwise he seems healthy.

Atlas was captured in Hogwarts where they had been let loose on students by an unknown master. As they were captured it was discovered that Atlas was near blind, produced nearly no venom and showed markings of abuse. After their capture, Atlas has assisted the DMLE and shown that they are not uncontrollably aggressive, merely young, scared and mistreated. With the help of Volunteer Reese McKay (honorary Keeper) we created a cave for Atlas that now serves as their home with all they need.
