Early-bird rate for all participants / ETC members*: 290 EUR (= approx: 241 GBP)
Standard rate for all participants / ETC members*: 330 EUR (= approx: 275 GBP)
Non-participant rate: 190 EUR (= approx: 162 GBP)
The non-participant rate is available to partners of participants who wish to accompany and support them at this event, but do not wish to take part themselves. It includes full board accommodation, access to the social (non-keiko) elements of the event and permission to watch exam sessions.

Staying an Extra Night
Participants and non-participants who need to arrive a day early on Thursday may do so. The extra-night rate is 95 EUR (= approx: 79 GBP) for one night, including full-board accommodation.
*ETC members arrive on Thursday with no extra cost, the extra night will be covered by ESC finances.
