Exam Information

ESC will offer exam sessions in all subjects in jun-shidoin / shodan and sei-shidoin / ni-dan levels.

To take an ESC exam please apply here and pay both your exam and diploma fees (see below).

The exams will take place on Saturday 30th August 2025.

Exam registration deadlines

Exam registration & payment deadline: 30th June 2025.

Examinees should be paid-up members of their own national shintaido organisation at the time of taking the exam.

Jun-shidoin / shodan Exam: 40 EUR Diploma: 30 EUR Total: 70 EUR

Sei-shidoin / ni-dan Exam: 50 EUR Diploma: 60 EUR Total: 110 EUR

All who pass their exam will receive a European Shintaido College Diploma.

Everyone else will receive a refund of their diploma fee (60 / 30 EUR) after the event.

IMPORTANT: these details are for exam fees only, NOT for event registration fees.

To pay by bank transfer (preferred):

If sending money from outside the Euro zone it's best to use a low-cost bank transfer service such as Wise.com
