Formulating CPD Plan

Formulate your annual CPD plan. Regardless of your template/format (see sample below), ensure the following considerations:

a. the CPD Plan responds to your need to improve yourself as a person and as a professional teacher;

b. state the needs/objectives specifically;

c. align your activities and resources to your objectives; and

d. make your plan simple and doable.
