Training a child is a role of a parent. The one who is responsible for upbringing the development of the child in many aspects. Shaping the behavior and values with the guidance. Teaching them what is right from wrong, modeling positive behaviors and providing consistent reinforcement.  This verse asserts that, teaching has a great impact on an individual that would affect his/ her future. 

Parenting and education has a pivotal role in shaping someone's future. The fact that teachings aren't easily forgotten and can persist until they became adults. This would help them to make good choices, shape their habits, and beliefs. Moreover, an individual is able to be resilient and adapt to changes and seek self-improvement and perseverance adults. In addition, indeed a teacher needs to teach foundational lessons that would instill values and life lessons. Teacher is responsible for guiding young people on what is right from wrong. It is their role to instill self-discipline, respect, empathy, and social relationships that would help an individual to become a well-being.
