COVID PROTOCOLS FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS
Everyone needs to take temperatures before coming and not attend if they have a high temperature (100.4 degrees or higher) or are feeling ill.
We will send home, or deny entry, to youth, families, volunteers, or staff with any symptoms consistent with COVID-19. Symptoms can include a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, shortness of breath, chills, a new cough, headache, muscle pain, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell.
Participants should provide their own masks. Strongly recommend all wear a clean mask outdoors; in outdoor settings where physical distancing cannot be achieved, masks will be required. Clean face masks will be required indoors. Exceptions to wearing masks include: when eating or drinking (however, physical distancing must be observed); if an individual has a disability or medical condition that makes wearing a face covering difficult or impossible; children who are unable to reliably wear, remove, and handle the cloth facemask throughout the program.
All people must wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the program area.
Watch for specific entry and exit points to the meeting space.
Bring their own food and water as appropriate. Only pre-packaged foods served.
For those not comfortable with in-person experience, the club will provide a virtual alternative.
