4-H is organized in community clubs, such as Busy Bees, and project clubs that guide education in specific topics like poultry. Community clubs are designed to support diverse interests, develop leadership and citizenship skills in both club activities and through service to the community.
The Busy Bees 4-H Club is a group with interests in livestock, arts & crafts, photography, home sciences, aerospace, youth leadership and more. The club meets every 3rd Sunday of the month at Union Congregational Church in Elk River. Club members work together on various community service projects such as Operation Christmas Child, Feed My Starving Children, Open Doors for Youth and the Anoka County Adopt-A-Highway program. Other club activities include fundraisers such as Ace Carts on Parade as well as exhibiting at the county and state fairs. Contact the club for more information or how to become a member.
We welcome anyone in Kindergarten through one year past high school.
