Meet the Directors

Chastity & Larry have been involved with Shelby County Fair Board for eight years, and this is the sixth season as the directors of the pageants. Born and raised in Shelbyville. Our fair hosted the first pageant Chastity ever competed in. 

Chastity graduated from American Military/Public University with a B.A. in Human Development and currently working towards her Masters in Developmental Psychology. She has a background in direct care, education and mental health case management. Currently, she works at Henry County Public Schools as a Family Resource Center Coordinator. 

Larry graduated from American Military/Public University with a B.A. in Environmental Science with Concentration in Environmental Response. He is owner operator of TLC Home Renovations, and has a strong background in construction and maintenance. 

Larry and Chastity have been married for fourteen years and together we share a very large, sometimes hectic blended family that includes seven kids, six grandbabies, three dogs, one grand-puppy (and a partridge in a pear tree). Although they are home bodies in neighboring Henry County, they love to hunt, travel, serve in the children's ministry and  in their church together and go to as many concerts as possible, camping and have co-directed several pageants together.  They have enjoyed being pageant parents, judges and directors 13+ years throughout the state of Kentucky.
