Welcome to Shelby County Fair Pageants! We are so excited to have you and your child join us for the 162nd annual fair, and for our Tiny Tots pageant. Here is some helpful information before pageant day.
When is the pageant?
Tiny Tots (ages 2-4) will be held on Saturday, June 14 at 12:30pm
Do I need to live in Shelby County?
Yes, to be eligible to compete in TINY TOTS, you and your child must be residents of Shelby County, verifiable by ID.
When do I need to arrive?
Registration is at the door only, no pre-registrations. You must arrive to sign in and register between 11AM-12PM
Where do I go?
Please report to the large two story white pavilion located near the front gate of the fairgrounds at the horse show ring, to check in and receive your contestant number.
When will my child be on stage?
We will start with 2 year old boys, then go to 2 year old girls, 3 year old boys, 3 year old girls, 4 year old boys and end with 4 year old girls.
What do we need to wear?
Summer casual or sunday best attire only. No formal wear.
Note: This can be any color. The colors next to their divisions above are for organizational purposes only, this will be the color group they go on stage with, and the color of the number they are given. When we call your group to line up, we will use this color code. Your child does not need to wear this color.
How much is the pageant?
The registration fee is $20
How do I register?
At the door only. Do not mail any forms.
How do I pay my registration fee?
In cash or via Venmo at door only.
What is the photogenic award?
There is a small award for the most photogenic in each age group. There wil also be an overall award for the MOST photogenic of all divisions. You must submit a photo WITH your registration to be considered. Bring a 4x6 photo with you to registration.
Is there an admission?
There is no admission to the pageant, however as stated on the enrollment form, there will be a gate fee for anyone entering the fairgrounds.
