Shavonne's musical lineage can be traced back to Joseph Haydn and includes many famous composers such as Beethoven, Czerny, Liszt and Batok.   Incidentally, her favourite Grade 8 exam piece was "Rondo" by Bela Bartok.

On 19 May 2023, UK International Music Competition awarded Shavonne with the EXPRESSIVE PERFORMANCE SPECIAL AWARD and also awarded her with the Absolute First Prize for the Modern A (under age 17) category and First Prize for the Junior (Age 8-10) category.

On 30 April 2023, Best Classical Musicians Awards 2023 awarded Shavonne with the ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION SPECIAL AWARD and also awarded her with the Platinum prize for the Age 8-10 category and the Gold prize for the Best Modern Compositions Performance category (no age limit).

On 20 April 2023, Global Genius Music Competition awarded Shavonne with the Poetic Artistic Musical Genius Special Prize and also awarded her with the Platinum prize for the Age 9-10 category and the Gold prize for the Modern category (no age limit).

Shavonne achieved the Gold prize at the 6th Le Petit Performers' Fest 2022 which was held at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music on 20 Nov 2022.   This event was organised by the Singapore Music Teachers' Association (SMTA).
