In 2020 (Primary 2), Shavonne won the JAL Prize for the 16th World Children’s Haiku Contest, was awarded the MOE Edusave Certificate of Learning Achievement Award as well as the South East CDC Education Merit Award.

In 2021 (Primary 3), she attained a Silver in the Singapore & Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO) competition, was awarded the MOE Edusave Certificate of Academic Achievement Award as well as the South East CDC Education Merit Award.

In 2022 (Primary 4), Shavonne was chosen to be in the Ministry of Education’s E2K Mathematics Enrichment Programme for high ability learners and her school’s Mathematics Olympiad Programme. She was also awarded the MOE Edusave Certificate of Academic Achievement Award and the MOE EAGLES Award (Edusave Award for Achievement, Good Leadership and Service). Shavonne managed to get into the semi-finals of the 10th International English Language Olympiad.

2023 (Primary 5) was a hectic year as Shavonne was chosen to do the Higher Chinese (HCL) programme, adding a 5th subject to her workload. She was also selected to participate in the Ministry of Education’s E2K Mathematics Enrichment Programme, the Ministry of Education’s E2K Science Enrichment Programme and her school’s Mathematics Olympiad Programme. As part of these enrichment programme, she competed in the Singapore Primary Science Olympiad Competition (SPSO) and the National Mathematical Olympiad (NMO∑) Competition (both organised by NUS High) where she obtained the Merit award and the Bronze award respectively. Shavonne was also chosen by her Chinese teacher to compete in the 9th National Primary School "Picture Book Creation" Competition, where her team came in Top 10 and was awarded the Merit award. In the course of the year, she also took part in the Singapore Youth Science Festival, the National Robotics Competition (NRC) and the Creative Writing Competition (organised by the Copyright School Challenge).   The year ended with Shavonne getting two prestigious awards - MOE Edusave Character Award and MOE Edusave Scholarship.

2024 (Primary 6) is the final year of Shavonne's primary school education. Shavonne's Primary 5 results were good enough for her to continue with the Higher Chinese (HCL) programme, thus she will be taking an additional subject for her PSLE exam. She was again chosen to be in the school's Mathematics Olympiad Programme. As part of the Olympiad programme, she competed in the Singapore Mathematical Olympiad for Primary Schools (SMOPS) Competition (organised by Hwa Chong Institution). At the end of Term 1, her form teacher surprised her with the certificate of "PL-Lite who SHINES" certificate for role-modelling the character trait of diligence. After her PSLE, Shavonne participated in the "Code for Fun" programme organised by her school. She also volunteered to be a facilitator for the P2 Mathematics Trail, assisting them in completing various Mathematics-related tasks. As part of their values-in-action programme (VIA), her cohort of P6s came together to organize a "P6 Fair" to raise funds for Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home. They raised a total of $25,615.14. Shavonne achieved the perfect score of 4 for her PSLE (getting AL1 for all four subjects) and a Merit for Higher Chinese Language. Her primary school journey ended with her being awarded two scholarships (the MOE Edusave Scholarship and the MOE Edusave Scholarships for Independent Schools (ESIS)) and the EAGLES award.

2025 (Secondary 1) came with a surprise whereby her primary school awarded her with the Lim Kim Chee Award (given out to three Primary 6 students of the previous year). The curriculum for Secondary school is very different from Primary school whereby there are many group and individual projects. For her Fusion Project, her team represented their class in the Grand Fusion Showcase Finals and won the Audience Choice Award.
