Strong infrastructure is essential to a safe, reliable, and well-functioning city. Roads, sidewalks, utilities, and public facilities affect our daily lives, even when we don’t always notice them. It is the responsibility of Florence city leadership to plan ahead, maintain what we have, and make thoughtful decisions that serve both current residents and future generations. As a Florence City Council member, it is my goal to support smart, steady investment that keeps our city safe and moving forward.
I BELIEVE:
proactive maintenance and long-term planning protect city infrastructure and reduce costly emergency repairs.
infrastructure decisions should be guided by safety, need, and responsible use of taxpayer dollars.
in improving walkability, accessibility, and transportation safety where possible to serve residents of all ages and abilities.
coordination between departments and clear communication with residents lead to better planning.
in practical, data-informed decision-making that prioritizes reliability and sustainability over short-term solutions.
