From a young age, I found myself enchanted by the magic of storytelling through the lens. The way light, sound, and movement can breathe life into a narrative felt like a profound revelation. Filmmaking became more than just a passion for me; it was a calling that ignited a desire to understand, create, and immerse myself in the art. This early fascination blossomed into a deep appreciation for the little things, the fleeting moments that often go unnoticed, and the beauty in weaving them together to create something that resonates. My creative journey always begins with the heart of the story, the core emotion, idea, or question that I hope will linger in the minds of the audience. From there, I carefully plan, breaking down scenes and shaping the visual language, all while considering how sound and rhythm can gently guide the experience. It's a process rooted in empathy, where I aim to connect with others through shared human experiences.

Superbly Subpar

During my academy school, my team and I made a short mockumentary satire about the bottom-list heroes/villains. I was co-producer, cinematographer, and cast director.

Collision

In another film from my academy school, we were given the topic of a narrative story. Collision is about a meteor collision heading to Earth and follows three storylines. I was the producer and camerawoman.

Duelist Grandmas (unfinished)

During my academy school, one of my projects was a comedy. I filmed two grandmas fighting over who has the better grandson. I was a co-producer and lighting manager on this short film.

More Than a Minor

In college, in my Citizenship 410 class, one of the projects focused on queer erasure on campus. My team and I produce on the Women, Gender, Sexuality Studies Minor. I was a co-producer, cinematographer, and editor on this film.
