Here is a short walkthrough of the sound design I made for this Unity tutorial.
I created an ambient background for the space and sound effects for all of the actions, including footsteps, death animations, and gunshots.

I also composed a song with a few different layers of instruments that were assigned to specific enemies. These instruments can only be heard in tandem with the main melody and background music as the enemies nears the player, and the volume is based on proximity. This allows the player to know what type of enemy is closest and makes the score very dynamic and ever changing.

Here is the FMOD file for the music, which utilizes parameters of the distance from the player each enemy is to determine the volume of each layer of music.
As the sole designer for this project, I wanted to create a feeling of childish but unnerving sounds which I believe fits the aesthetic of the visuals. I also strove to achieve an extremely dynamic soundtrack that the player can influence directly as they play.
