The Rules

In order to ensure that the group runs smoothly (and that each member can receive the most from each meeting) we have a set of rules that each member must follow. They are made aware of the rules every year, and are expected to act in accordance with the rules.

If anyone is breaking the rules, they may be asked to leave if the behavior is serious enough. Leaders have the final say in whether or not a member is acting outside of the rules.

Please be certain to review these rules! It is expected that every member is aware of what they are not permitted to do. DON'T SAY WE NEVER GAVE YOU A WARNING! We sent a sheet home that you and your parents reviewed, and the rules are up here. There is no reason for anyone to break a rule. Here are the rules that each member, and their families, must know:

1. Any inappropriate or sexual physical contact as well as public displays of affection is prohibited
2. No acts or threats of violence are permitted
3. No inappropriate or vulgar language is permitted (swearing, gossiping, mocking, etc)
4. No weapons or hazardous instruments are permitted
5. Any disrespect towards leaders, guests, or other members of the group is prohibited
6. Always come dressed appropriately (no offensive clothing)
7. Any form of alcohol, drugs, or abusive substances and their possession are not permitted
8. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of any mentioned controlled substances shall be asked to leave and their parents notified.
9. All electronic devices are to be turned OFF and stored away upon arrival until after leaving the meeting
10. Members using any social media associated with the group including the website, and social media pages are still under all rules and expected to use the media appropriately.
