Copyright and takedown requests

Service provider: HBN MUSIC LLC (doing business as Setnik), 704 Grand Street, Unit 11, Jersey City, NJ 07304

Setnik respects copyright. Shows in the app come from licensed listing providers, public venue pages, and people who share flyers or add shows. If you own a flyer, poster, photo or text shown in Setnik and did not allow it, tell us and we will remove it.

How to send a notice

Email our designated agent. A notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) needs all of these:

Designated agent
Name: Copyright Agent, Setnik
Address: HBN MUSIC LLC, 704 Grand Street, Unit 11, Jersey City, NJ 07304
Email: setnik.app@gmail.com
Phone: 1-551-328-8084
DMCA designated agent registration number: DMCA-1082780

Flyer images you or others share are processed on the sharing person's phone and are not uploaded to our servers. Notices therefore usually concern the show entry, a linked image on a venue's own page, or text. Tell us which one.

What we do

On a complete notice we remove or disable the show or image promptly, tell the person who added it, and keep a record of the notice. Notices that are incomplete may not be acted on, and knowingly false notices can make the sender liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature, what was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where HBN MUSIC LLC, doing business as Setnik can be found). We pass the counter-notice to the person who complained. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We suspend or ban accounts and install ids that repeatedly submit infringing content, as set out in the Terms of Use.
