Classroom D Philosophy
Welcome to our Classroom D!
We believe that young children learn best through play. A “play-rich” environment that promotes language and literacy will enable your child to succeed in school as well as in life. Our classroom is divided into learning centers. These learning centers are blocks, math and manipulatives, science, art, dramatic play, computer, writing and library. Outdoor play, music and movement, exercise and story time are also provided to give each child an opportunity for a well-rounded learning experience. We want to create an environment, where students learn problem solving skills, and how to be independant. There is something to satisfy each child’s curiosity and interests.
