How to Play
Students will have the opportunity to manipulate the statistics of each planet, adjusting parameters such as size, force, order, and matter. They can then observe whether their modified solar system is capable of sustaining itself.
We aim to empower students to determine the success of their own solar system by offering a game that allows them to make key decisions. This interactive experience will provides players with options to modify the various chemicals of each planet in their solar system. Using iPads, tablets, or touch screens, players will have a user-friendly interface to make changes such as altering the chemical composition of planets, adjusting planetary velocity, and the planetary distance from the Sun.
Throughout the game, users will witness the real-time impact of their choices on the dynamics and characteristics of their solar system. The interactive nature of the game fosters engagement and active learning. Upon completing the simulation, the software will assess the cumulative effect of their decisions and provide feedback on the success of their customized solar system. This approach not only makes learning about solar system more enjoyable but also encourages critical thinking and understanding of the interconnected elements that contribute to a solar system's viability.
