I love it! The feeling of putting a lesson together meant gathering all the knowledge you've gained since day 1 of class and applying it into creating a training guide or lesson for others. Seeing your personal development in things you already knew and improving on it from my point of view is a personal achievement. I use the word empowering a lot but that's how I feel when I train someone or teach. I am empowering them on how to retain the information and utilize it.

From YouTube videos, using google or Bing to research all resources that had writings on that subject of training.
I had to spend a lot of time reviewing my writing and needed a lot of peer review.
I had to learn to ask for more help because sometimes I’m so focused on the big picture I miss the little details. Especially with time restrictions.
I’ve definitely gained more confidence talking in the form of others and utilizing different tools to communicate and collaborate with others.
I’ve come a long way from a basic/proficient to being a trainer who’s knowledgeable enough to train someone else on a Microsoft application.
To be able to train someone else on a subject you have to always keep up to date with updates so you can answer the questions or troubleshoot as needed.
I want to always fall back on my past training and update them as I continue to learn and have a higher level of understanding and train others so they don’t fear utilizing it because they just feel like they can’t understand it.
