This Program prepared us in operating the Student Run Help Desk. Showing us all the parts of having a Help that will run smootly and efficiently. Such as:

Staffing
SLA and backup waiver
Inventory
setup of the Help Desk
In our first year we were the mentees/technicians and in our second year we became the Mentors/Managers.
Our skills and knowledge were put to great use providing our community IT support.
