# TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our App.

## 1. SUBSCRIPTIONS
### 1.1. Subscription Plans
We offer subscription plans that provide additional or enhanced features (“Subscription”). Subscription details (pricing, billing cycle, and features) are displayed within the App’s purchase interface on the App Store listing.
### 1.2. Free Trial (7 Days)
We may offer a free trial period of 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged.
### 1.3. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Your account will be charged at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
### 1.4. Managing Subscriptions
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your device’s Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. If you cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
### 1.5. Refunds
All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any refund requests should be directed to Apple Customer Support, as they handle all billing issues for in-app subscriptions.

### 1.6. Restoring Subscriptions
-App Store/Google Play Purchases: If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can restore your subscription on any device using the same Apple or Google account. To restore, use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App while signed in with the same Apple or Google account. Your subscription will be linked to your current app account.
-Web (Stripe) Purchases: If you purchased your subscription through our website, your subscription is linked to the account (App User ID) you used at the time of purchase. To restore access, please log in with the same account you used when you made your purchase. Web purchases cannot be restored using Apple or Google account restore features.
### 1.7. Cancelling Web (Stripe) Subscriptions If you purchased your subscription through our website (web billing), you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the Customer Portal. A link to the Customer Portal is provided in your purchase confirmation email, or you can request access by contacting our support team at [your support email].
## 2. LICENSE AND APP USAGE
### 2.1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
### 2.2. Restrictions
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, alter, or create derivative works unless we give explicit written permission.

Any content you submit via the App is your responsibility. You must have all rights to the content you post.
