Plain English Summary

Below is a plain English summary of our terms and conditions for submitting writings to the Selaikic Historical Society (SHS).

• You agree to submit your work to Selaikic Historical Society ("SHS") through the right means on a volunteer basis without compensation.

• You warrant that your work is original and free of plagiarism, that you have the right to publish it, and that it does not violate any laws.

• You give SHS the right to publish your work in perpetuity.

• You can publish the same work in any other publication.

• SHS will ensure to cite you as the author of your work.

• You can wish to be anonymous if you don't want to cite your social media or real name in your journal.

• SHS may edit or remove your work from its website, either before or after publication.

• SHS may use your work in other contexts, such as social media.
