Negligence, even the most miniscule, minute form, could cost a life. The Secret Service role, Especially during elevated Threat levels is considered to be one of the most difficult Policing Roles.

Stay within Eyeshot and Earshot of the Mayor at all times.
Be ready to quickly and proportionately intervene in threats against the Mayors Safety.
