To support parents of children with special needs, SLB Negeri Surakarta has collaborated with institutions like Universitas Sebelas Maret to offer parenting support programs. These programs help parents understand how to best support their children’s development, both at school and at home, making the learning experience more holistic and effective for everyone involved (Salsabilla, 2024).
