TERMS OF USE — SD TimeNest

1. Provider
SD TimeNest is provided by Dominik Sakač, developer name WKSakač, Grkaveščak 36, 40313 Sveti Martin na Muri, Croatia.

2. Who may use the service
Parent accounts are intended for adult parents and legal guardians authorised to manage a particular child’s device use.
SD TimeNest is not intended for covert monitoring of adult partners, employees or other persons.
3. Accounts and pairing
Users are responsible for keeping account information and credentials secure.
Pairing codes and QR codes may only be used for authorised pairing of a child device.
4. Features
SD TimeNest may provide screen-time limits, app rules, app blocking, tasks, reward minutes, battery status, Find Phone, location requests and device protection.
Parents are responsible for choosing rules appropriate for the child.
Reward minutes have no monetary value.
5. Permissions and technical requirements
Features may require Usage Access, Accessibility Service, location and Background Location, notifications, camera, Device Administrator protection and an internet connection.
Disabling required access may prevent a feature from working.
6. Limitations and emergencies
Remote commands may be delayed due to network, device, Android or third-party service conditions.
A displayed location is an estimated device location and not proof of a person’s physical location.
SD TimeNest is not an emergency, medical or rescue service.
7. Prohibited use
Users must not secretly or unlawfully monitor another person, access another family’s data, attack the service or bypass Google Play billing or plan restrictions.
8. Plans
Free: active supervision of one child. A confirmed Free child selection generally cannot be changed for 30 days.
Family: active supervision of up to three selected children.
Family+: active supervision of all linked child profiles.
Expiry of a paid plan does not automatically delete child profiles.
9. Purchases
Paid plans are purchased through Google Play.
Google Play displays the applicable price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase confirmation.
Creating an SD TimeNest account alone does not trigger payment.
10. Cancellation
Google Play subscriptions are managed through the Google Play account used for the purchase.
Uninstalling the app, signing out, removing a child or deleting an SD TimeNest account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
11. Withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Users in the European Economic Area may have statutory withdrawal rights, including a 14-day period where applicable.
Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play refund rules.
12. Liability
SD TimeNest aims to provide the service with reasonable care and security.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Account deletion
Parent account deletion is available at:
Settings → Delete account
A request may also be submitted through the public account-deletion page.
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
14. Intellectual property
The SD TimeNest name, software and original design elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Users retain rights to content they provide.
15. Temporary restrictions
A feature or account may be temporarily restricted for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, maintenance, technical problems or invalid subscription status.
16. Changes
SD TimeNest may change because of new features, security, compatibility, Android changes, Google Play requirements or legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by Croatian law without removing mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
