Semiconductor Devices and Circuits Laboratory

 Semiconductor Devices and Circuits Laboratory (SDCL) at Department of Electrical and Information Engineering in Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech) is directed by Prof. Wonbo Shim.

 We mainly design the energy-efficient computing system such as hardware accelerators for deep learning based on nanoelectronic devices with CMOS and nonvolatile memory technologies. Our researches focus on the device modeling and fabrication, circuit-device interaction, architecture and algorithms co-optimization.
