The opening reception on Thursday evening will take place at the Sam Noble Museum on the University of Oklahoma's Norman campus.
Conference sessions on both Friday and Saturday will take place at the Thurman J. White Forum Building on the University of Oklahoma's Norman campus.

The Sam Noble Museum is Oklahoma's Museum of Natural History. As a research division of the University of Oklahoma, the museum is home to more than 10 million objects and specimens in 12 collections (Collections and Research).
The opening reception will take place in the Pleistocene Plaza on Thursday evening. Heavy appetizers will be served along with non-alcoholic beverages.

Free parking is available directly in front of the Sam Noble Museum, including accessible parking and drop-off zones near the main entrance.
The Forum Building is located amid the hustle and bustle of OU's more residential side of campus. All sessions will be located in the "A" wing of the building for both Friday and Saturday. Once you are inside the building, you will find that each wing is labeled. Don't worry about finding the "correct" exterior door! Staff from the OU Writing Center will also be available to help direct you to the correct spaces.

Visitor parking is located in a lot adjacent to the Forum Building. All visitors to the University are required to obtain a visitor parking permit. The cost is $3 per day, and permits can be secured online. Please read the helpful pages below for more information:
