The SCWCA Board takes pride in the affordability of this conference. The organization strives to provide a meaningful opportunity to learn and collaborate while balancing the ever-rising costs of hosting. Scholarship opportunities are available to help offset the costs of registration and lodging. Details about scholarships are available on the main SCWCA website and on the Scholarships & Tutor of the Year page here. Note that a separate application is required to be considered for a scholarship.

Registration Costs

Tutor/Consultant/Student Staff: $75

Faculty/Administrative Staff: $175
