ICCPR - Grangemouth

ICCPR enshrines the right to Public Participation & Transparency in Governance (Article 25). If ICCPR was passed into Scottish law it would mean under Article 25 of the ICCPR, major decisions affecting the well-being of the country like selling Grangemouth, would have to involve public consultation.
