• Clearly laying out the schedule of BC responsibilities for the year

• Main contact for Athletic Directors & Coaches

• Lead Booster Club meetings

• Game day operations - includes hiring of and managing of Team Managers, game sheets

• Player swag

• Reserve season ice

• Create registrations for all activities (summer training, captains practice banquet, booster club fee, and more)

• Clearly define volunteer needs throughout the season and solicit help

• Social Media

• Family Connections co-lead (Sponsor a family)

• End of Season banquet  

Vice President 

Open

• Family Connections co-lead

• Game Day program Sponsorship Drive and creation

• Oversee all fundraising efforts

• Manage updates of St Paul Hockey Parents Guide

Communications

Matt Show

• Manage Website & Team Calendar

• Weekly email communications to all families/coaches

• Communicates with ADs for bus schedules and other game schedule updates

• Notes at Booster Club meetings

• Manages parent/family Group Me

Treasurer

Scott McMahon

• Creates and monitors budget

• Manages finances, banking, reporting out

• Collect funds throughout the season

• Pay vendors

Chew Crew

• Organize on bus food for game days

• Organize team meals at the arena

Community Outreach

• Organize and oversee player community involvement

  • Past activities: bagging groceries at local grocery stores, team event at Feed My Starving Children, volunteer at World Juniors

Youth Association Outreach - 

Jenny Rixen, need 1 or 2 more people

• Engage with all youth hockey programs in St Paul - boards and coaches

• Organize flag skaters for all home games

• Organize Youth Hockey event night

Senior Night 

need 1 lead and a team of 3-4

• Determine what you want Senior Night to look like, definitely don't need to do the same thing that was done in the past.

• Organize photographer

• Decorations

• Gathering after game for Seniors, families, and team

Teacher Appreciation Night

need 1 or 2 leads

• Create invites for players to give to their teacher of choice

• Work with game announcer to introduce teachers and players

• Treats for teachers in lobby 

Alumni Outreach

Open

• Maintain alumni contact “database” 

• Organize Alumni Recognition game event

Moose Lodge Liaison

Meaghan Shomion

• Main contact with Moose Lodge leaders

• Organize and recruit for meat raffles, keep a running calendar

Parent/Community Swag

Charlie Vander Aarde

• Secure vendor and create “store” for swag

• Ideally would have a swag store link on St Paul Hockey website year round
