Scotland Zoning Permit

Geneva Mason, longtime Scotland community leader, stands in Scotland near the zoning reclassification sign that indicated the non-profit committee called Save Our Scotland ("S.O.S.") that she founded, had succeeded in taking the first steps toward the eventual construction of new housing.
