Section 1: Use these rules so your project is accurate (and easy)
Start with a Biography source to learn who the person is.
Use a Geometry Concept source to explain the math clearly.
Use Images/Diagrams that are legal to use (Creative Commons).
Add 2–3 sources at the bottom of your infographic.
Research rule: Use at least 3 different sites from this page.
The following are research sites that EVERYONE is able to use:
https://mathshistory.st-andrews.ac.uk/ (MacTutor – biographies)
https://www.khanacademy.org/math/geometry
https://commons.wikimedia.org/
Do not forget to use GALILEO too!
Section 2: Pick Your Mathematician
https://mathshistory.st-andrews.ac.uk/Biographies/Gauss/
https://kids.britannica.com/students/article/Carl-Friedrich-Gauss/274510
https://www.britannica.com/biography/Carl-Friedrich-Gauss

BOTTOM SECTION
Fun fact or quote
Sources (2–3 websites)
Click Text on the left menu
Use Headings for titles
Use Body text for explanations
Keep sentences short
Avoid large paragraphs
Rule: If it takes longer than 20 seconds to read, it is too much text.
Use Elements for shapes, arrows, and lines.
Use Photos or Uploads for portraits and diagrams.
Make sure visuals explain the geometry concept.
RULE: ✔ Good visuals explain the math, ✘ Random pictures do not earn points
Use no more than 2 fonts.
Use 2–3 main colors.
Leave empty space.
If it looks crowded, delete something.
Add a small section labeled "Sources" at the bottom.
Example:
MacTutor–Euclid
Britannica–Pythagoras
Khan Academy–Geometry
Download as PNG or PDF.
Make sure your name is on the infographic.
Check spelling and readability.
