When the touch ability is locked:

• Press and hold the volume button on the front of the Newline board to unlock it.

For screen resolution issues:

• Right click anywhere on the desktop (with everything minimized) and go to display settings. (If on extended screen choose display #2 highlight in blue first then change settings)

• Best resolution is 1920X1080  Then - go to advanced in blue lettering at the bottom of the display settings - Choose newline from the drop-down menu- Make sure it is on 59.940HZ  ( non interlaced).

For touch screen issues on Extended Desktop:

• Your building site-tech will need to adjust the touch settings in your computer.

For spinning issues:

• You may need to unplug the HDMI or Display Port cord from your computer, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. 

For passcode issues:

• If you are locked out of your device, Newline will need a ticket to reset the passcode on the Q PRO Series. You may need to reset the owner account.
