Registration

The conference registration  fee is 790 euros for authors presenting a paper, and 490 euros for other participants (including co-authors). The conference is all-inclusive including the program, materials, coffees, lunches, dinners, and the banquet according to the conference program. Author registration (at least one per paper) 790 EUR

Participant registration (co-authors and other participants) 490 EUR

The fee includes the conference program, materials, scheduled lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks and the conference banquet.


PAYMENT

The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.

Please note that the members of a group registration can change their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation e-mail.

NB! TAU Staff member: Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU Staff Member (internal transfer).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations received by 4 April 2023, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
