Wattle Festival

The Hurstbridge Wattle Festival marked the Railway Enthusiast Club's second excursion!

In collaboration with Nossal High School and Melbourne High School (forming the Victorian Schools' Railway Club Associasion, VSRCA for short) the REC headed up to Hurstbridge for the festival.

It was crowded! Very, very crowded! Nonetheless, our attendees managed to see the better side of things; such as enjoying the trip to and from Hurstbridge, and the Steam train, along with the Tait train.

Needless to say, everyone had loads of fun! Whether it was attendees going down the Giant Slide, or waiting in line for Gemstones, we managed to enjoy the lively festival itself!
