Picture Day is a very important part of the recital experience. It is the first time the dancers will wear their full costume with their hair and makeup complete. Picture Day will be held at SCHOTIME DANCE CENTER THE WEEK leading up to the show.
When is Picture Day?
The studio will hold in-studio picture weekend on Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th. Dancers will only need to attend during their class's assigned one-hour picture time slot this weekend.

Who can accompany my dancer at picture day?
We adore seeing our Schotime families, but as you know, the studio can get very crowded! Please limit just one adult per dancer at our picture day.
What time do I arrive at Picture Day?
Arrive at picture day at your designated time (on the next page). ARRIVE IN FULL COSTUME, HAIR AND MAKEUP already done. Arrive early if you need to complete your look prior to class.
What can I expect at Picture Day?
You will take individual and group photos in Studio 1 and sign our Season 4 frame in the lobby!
How long should I plan on being at Picture Day?
Plan on being at the studio for up to an hour. As long as everybody arrives on time and is prepared, we should be able to stay on schedule. Dancers in multiple classes will have to stay a couple of hours to complete all pictures for all classes.
How can I purchase photos from Picture Day?
Your photos come with the Performance Package! You do not need to purchase anything extra to receive your photos.
When will we get the photos?
Editing and uploading each dancer’s photo takes a bit of time, but our goal is to have them ready between 1-2 months after the show. We’ll send them out as soon as we’re able—thank you for your patience!
What if my dancer can't attend Picture Weekend?
Please fill out this form if your dancer is unavailable during their time slot for picture weekend. If enough dancers are not able to make it, we will schedule a makeup picture day.

Picture Day will take place two weeks before the recital and will be the first time dancers get to wear their full costumes, hair, and makeup. This is a special opportunity to capture memories of the season! Pictures will be held at the studio, and dancers should arrive at their designated slot time to ensure a smooth process. Dancers should come with full recital hair and makeup done and bring their costumes, tights (if applicable), shoes, and any accessories associated with their costume. Included in their recital package is one individual photo and one group photo. Below is the schedule for Picture Weekend by class. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed and ready to shine!
