Overarching Goals:

• Reduce racial inequities in Community School 17 and improve community engagement with School 17​

SMART Goals:

1. Introduce culturally relevant material into School 17 curriculum.

2. Provide 2 trainings to all School 17 staff and partners on racial equity.

3. Reduce the number of students who are Black who are removed from the classroom by the teacher/staff
