To make this year’s book a success we need your help!  

Our yearbook will again include even more photos of the entire Schofield community in order to create a special keepsake of the 2023-2024 school year for all to enjoy.

How can you help? 

We need your photos!  As you take photos this year, please share your best images with the Yearbook Committee.

Guidelines for Submitting Photos for the Yearbook

1) SENDING PHOTOS:

• • If you email photos directly from your phone, and are prompted to select a file size, (small, medium, large) please always pick Large. This will help us reach the best resolution for the yearbook.

  • Please check for clarity - do not send photos that have any blurry content.

  • Please rename​ all files with Class or Grade, Event Name, Number​ (if you are sending more than one image.)

  • If a parent would like to scan photos to submit to the yearbook, please ask them to scan photos at 300 dpi.

  • Shutterfly images:​ This is our second choice for downloading and importing photos. We tested downloaded Shutterfly files and found that these files are usable, but do not look as sharp in the design program used to create the yearbook.

2) FILE NAMES FOR PHOTOS:

Please rename your photo files before sending using this method:

Class or GradeEvent typeNumber.jpg The number should be listed if you have more than one photo file for that same event. If it’s a school wide event with no specific grade, just include Event typeNumber.jpg in the file name.
