My research focuses on the evolutionary developmental biology of anamorphosis, the post-embryonic segment addition in millipedes (Diplopoda, Myriapoda).
蛾、ヤスデ、相模湾の海産動物を中心とした野生生物の自然誌研究をライフワークにしています。
Beyond my main research, I pursue natural history studies of wildlife, with a particular interest in moths, millipedes, and the marine fauna of Sagami Bay.
