As a DCAC/EAOP Adviser, I collected data on key performance indicators such as the percentage of seniors who had at least one 1:1 meeting, submitted college and financial aid applications, and engaged their families in the advising process. I also tracked individual interactions, group events, equity data, and student testimonials to assess the impact of my work. This data kept me accountable to my goals, allowing me to identify gaps and refine my approach each year to better serve students.
