We have categorized the tools in this toolkit according to five primary themes, and a complete set of tools can be accessed by each theme from the menu above. These are overarching topical areas that link multiple tools and provide greater topical focus. We have also grouped the tools by issue areas for activists and practitioners who may be interested in specific dimensions of scaling or broadening their work.  These issue areas are also grouped by organization size: "very grassroots organizations" and "established organizations" to help guide different-sized organizations in identifying specific issue areas and tools that we believe may be most relevant for their scaling-up journey.
