This Privacy Policy describes how Scom ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with the Calculator Max mobile application.

Information Collection and Use

Calculator Max is designed with privacy as a fundamental priority. The App operates completely offline and does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information on external servers.

Local Storage: All calculation history, custom text notes, and saved pages are written directly to your device's local internal storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, provide an email address, or log in to use any features.
Usage Analytics: The App itself does not integrate third-party tracking or analytics SDKs to monitor your behavior. (Note: The Google Play Store may collect standard, anonymized crash and install metrics as part of the Android operating system).

Device Permissions

The App does not request intrusive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or contacts. All core functionality operates entirely within the isolated application sandbox.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties.

User-Initiated Sharing: The App includes a "Share" feature that allows you to format and send your calculation history to other applications (e.g., email or messaging apps). This action is strictly initiated and controlled by you using the native Android share menu. We have no access to the contents of the calculations you choose to share.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data is stored locally, you maintain complete control over your information.

You can delete individual calculation lines, notes, or entire pages directly within the App's user interface.
Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data from your Android device's system settings will permanently and irreversibly erase all saved calculations and notes.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
