Off-Campus Practice

Sign-ups for this week's off-campus practice will be done via this form that will also be in our weekly emails sent out on Mondays.

** Please note that the form will only be available to fill out from Monday at 12pm to Thursday at 5pm (or until there are no spots available).

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SIGNED UP:

You have to meet us at the SAC lobby before 7pm on Thursday.

If you need to cancel, do so before 6pm on Thursday.

You will receive an email with the subject line "You Are Registered For the [DATE] Practice" by 5pm on Thursday.

If you're among the first 3 people to sign up after the cap has been reached, you will be wait-listed (see the "Wait-List" tab below).

IF YOU HAVEN'T SIGNED UP YET:

If the form hasn't been closed yet, you must sign up before 5pm on Thursday to attend this week's practice.

If there are still spots available after 5pm, the Google Form will remain open until 6pm.

If you have been wait-listed, you would have received an email with the subject line "Wait-listed for Off-Campus Archery Practice".

The first 3 people to sign up after we reached our weekly attendance cap (10 people) will be wait-listed.

Being wait-listed means that there isn't a spot available this week; but you are guaranteed a spot for next week's off-campus practice. If a spot opens up for this week, though, you will be asked to fill in and will no longer have a guaranteed spot for next week.

You will receive an email with the subject line "You Are Registered For the [DATE] Practice" by 6pm next Thursday confirming that you are registered for that week's practice.

Transportation is provided by our members (carpooling). If you have a car and are able to drive other members, please let us know when you sign up, or email us at sbucofa@gmail.com with the subject line "Driver Available For Archery Practice". Drivers are automatically guaranteed attendance to off-campus practices. **

** Due to our attendance cap, we will not be needing more drivers this year.

Because we carpool, we rely on our drivers to transport multiple members. So, if you need to arrive late or leave early, be sure to have your own method of transportation.
